Having A Problem Now

I can't download photos today, I tried but something is holding up. I can't find my anti virus that I installed before either. I feel so bad today. Do you know any free virus protection that is safe? Yesterday, this virusprotectpro.com just pop up and keep on warning me that my pc had a virus. I don't know what to do. I did not download or run any files from them anyway. Any suggestions?

Amy, dear try AVG, this is one we are using now and it is free!

regarding the anti virus that just suddenly pop up, do click it or mind it at all, it may ruin your pc and put virus instead. i also experience that every once in a while and didn't care about it, just close or cancel it!

OMG! my hubby just reformatted all our computers, except my laptop.
Because so much pop ups and it caused our internet to slow down like a snail.
Need to download anti virus Ams.. bec all your passwords and anything concerning personal information is prone to be stolen.

Its so scary but you need to work on it fast. You got those virus from the sites that you opened. It always happened to me.

Download the virus software like Ces, its free.
