Disney World Passholder Ticket

For few days now, we were not sure to go to Orlando on the first week of October. We were in dilemma to go on the first week and be there too on the 3rd week, the road trip will be tiring. But since we do not want to stay in Orlando for 2 weeks, we decided yesterday that we will just have two trips. First trip will be scheduled on Tuesday and the itinerary will be to Disney and do shopping in IKEA.

Thinking that our pass will expire on October 9, we decided to push the Disney trip on the 6th. Look at the date, Boooom! It expired today LOL. I remember that last year, we went to Epcot and Magic Kingdom to take pictures of the Fall Display then; the woman at the ticket center convince us to renew our pass on that day. She made a mistake with the payment and the expiration date. Anyway, it doesn't matter now LOL!

We don't have plans to renew it especially now that we are living most of the time in Mississippi. I will truly miss visiting Disney World.

Whale Watching Up-Close

The other day, I wanted to eat French Fries from McDonalds. We have frozen fries but, I am too lazy to cook it besides, I want McDonalds fries hehehe. We drove about 5 minutes and hubby decided we will get a chicken sandwich and have a picnic by the Indian River wharf. I don't see why not after all, it was a gorgeous day. In the area, dolphins can sometimes appear as well as the manatees. I never seen the latter though, how I wish I will be able to see the manatee up-close. I check out the signage and was delighted to know that whales go this far too? I never seen one. How about you? Have you ever seen a whale up-close?

A Quick Visit in Kennedy Space Center

You are in for a treat today. I was able to dig some photos of NASA's Kennedy Space Center awhile ago and I thought of sharing these with you all. I am truly busy for the past few weeks because we are moving to the gulf coast. I have few minutes to fool with my PC because it's raining outside and I can't do my #DIY yet.
This place is heading to the Astronaut's Memorial.
For kids who are visiting the Kennedy Space Center, the Astronaut's Memorial could be the last place they will check out and the Angry Birds attraction must be their priority. I based that from what I observed every time I visited KSC. The Astronaut's Memorial is one my personal favorites because this place is truly educational. This is a sad place and solemn but, at the same time, uplifting and inspirational.
Me taking a rest.
I know, you can't see a single soul here. The tourists went to the attractions besides, they can check out this place in few minutes.
I took these photo to show you, no one is heading to the memorial yet.

The memorial is a big area.

A display on the way to the Memorial.

NASA's Jet Set

Northrop T-38 Talon in 1965 is the first twin-engine, high altitude supersonic jet trainer aircraft.

It keeps us wondering "What's next?"

Before Atlantis arrived here. Oh you should see the Atlantis Attraction today. Worth your money really.

The Angry Birds attraction and yep, kids love this place.

This place is what you see when you are heading to the Astronaut's Memorial.

Of course, the Rocket Garden is always a favorite.

If you plan to visit Florida, you should include NASA's Kennedy Space Center. It is just an hour drive from Orlando. I can assure you that the ticket you paid for to check out #KSC is worth it. You will have a great time in Atlantis, Rocket Garden, Apollo/Saturn V Center, and Astronaut's Memorial are places worth seeing for. Thanks for stopping by. I will see you next time.

Walking Down the Beach in Cocoa

For Travel Monday, obviously, we didn't go too far. We are in the 60's today and the breeze is a bit chilly especially by the beach but, because the sun is shining brightly, it is super nice down here in the Space Coast. No swimming for me and hubby. A walk by the beach is enough.
Cocoas Beach is good for surfing.

The gorgeous Atlantic Ocean.

A cruise ship sailing away to the Caribbean.

Behind me is the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Hungry for seafood and heading to one of the  restaurants in the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Loving the view by the gorgeous Cocoa Beach.

How I love to have a condo by the beach and do this every morning after waking up.

Have a great week ahead everyone! Stay safe and if you go out shopping, look around and be safe all the time. Merry Christmas.

Cheesecake Factory Inside Millennia Mall

Few weeks ago, I put this address in the GPS 4200 Conroy Rd Orlando, Florida. We arrived in the location but, we can't find the building. We tried three times in each direction and we had no luck! It was past 2 o'clock so; we decided to have lunch in Olive Garden instead. We found out from our server that Cheesecake Factory is actually located inside the Mall of Millennia.

Last Monday, we finally had lunch here. I had a good time but, my husband was not too happy about his first dining experience. His order did not arrive after waiting for 20 minutes. Good thing that I ordered two items from the appetizer menu, the crab cakes and crusted chicken . The next table also has problem with their orders. Two of the guests were done with their lunch and the third guest called the server after almost an hour, he cancelled his order. He only ate the mashed potato. Well, we will visit this place again, same time and same day. I hope we will have a nice dining experience by then.

Awesome Fall Decors in #DisneyWorld's Magic Kingdom

I bet your family has started visiting the pumpkin patch in your area and probably decorated your home with fall decors, right? If you are still looking for interesting ideas, check out the decors in Magic Kingdom. I hope you will find in these photos the inspiration you need.

October 4- When hubby and I went to Disney World last Friday, it was the last day of our Disney Pass. We had no plans to renew our passes so; even if it was Friday (crowded), we thought of using our passes for the last time. Uh uh, the moment we exchange our old passes to the new one, we changed our minds. We end up renewing our pass for another year. No regret though and we were contented with our decision.

We were supposed to visit Hollywood Studios but, I told hubby that we should go to Magic Kingdom first. I want to take photos of the Fantasy Land. We stayed until 6PM. It was very crowded that day because of the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

We took the monorail and since we were tired, we decided to comeback by Monday. The guests were in costumes. It was really fun!

Before we left, I took these photos to share with you all.

Come back tomorrow for I will be posting more photos on Fall Decors in Disney.  Thanks for stopping by.

The Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach Florida

This is the Ron Jon Surf Shop located in Cocoa Florida. If you hit the beach in Cocoa but, forgot to bring your swim wear, this is the place to go. The good thing about this shop is the location which is near by the beach.

The parking space is not a problem. They have a spacious lot for public parking.  If you are shopping in this area for all your beach wear needs, I tell you, you will enjoy to shop here.

Ron Jon is located on a busy area in Cocoa so; if you get hungry, finding good eats are just around the corner.

Inside the shop, you will find beach wears, surf boards, beach accessories and more. You will also enjoy your shopping moment here for they have a live band that entertains you with great music while you shop.

This shop has everything that you could possibly need and if you love surfing, you can buy surf boards here too. They have different brands and prices varies according to their quality and brand name..

Sports gear that you need for the beach, they have it all here.

Shoes, t-shirts, flip flops, caps, swim suits, just name it and for sure, they have it! Dress code to shop? Nothing! I saw women in bikini shopping for sunscreen and sun wear so; you should come by and shop here.

Okay, the prices varies but, they are affordable. If you are also looking for souvenirs, they have it as well.

Check out their surf boars. See the 6,000? I know that is not the most expensive surf board around but, yap ... surfing is an expensive water sports huh?

That's the main floor and I was at the second floor looking down at the live band performing. They are great!

If you happen to visit the Space Coast, check out Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Florida. Enjoy shopping!

At this moment, we were heading to Patrick Air Force area to check out the beach. We love to drive along the scenic route and here we are, routing the Atlantic Avenue. We actually spent half of the day at the beach.

The Mai Tiki Bar at Cocoa Pier

We were at Cocoa Beach last week. Hubby and I decided to have lunch in one of the restaurants in Cocoa Pier. Before we went to the Pier, we decided to walk by the shoreline for few minutes. I look at the Pier and it seemed crowded so; I zoomed in and took this photo. It's unbelievably clear don't you think?

Check out the distance where I took the first photo. We could never tell that there was a number of people in there. The end part of the Cocoa Pier is called Mai Tiki Bar. It is located 800 feet over the Ocean. Did you know that this is the best place to snap a great Sunset photo? Oh yeah, next time I will be sharing that photo here. I like this place because people can go fishing, enjoy a glass of beer and a sip of wine. Most of all, I enjoy watching people surfing.

We just walk barefoot along the shore and the breeze was nice. After we walked for few minutes, we then went to lunch at the Boardwalk. We love it there because we can see everybody coming in and out from the Pier. They also have live band which is really great, the feel of Florida living!

We live about 20 minutes from here. Awesome view right? On a nice weather, this place is awesome. Thank you for stopping by. Come by next time.

Blockhouse Beach Along South Atlantic Avenue

After the final meeting for the #VBS, hubby and I head to the beach. It's about 3PM and it was 90 degrees which was really a scorcher afternoon. We went to Patrick Air Force Base area and decided to check out the Blockhouse Beach along South Atlantic. There were quite a few beach goers in groups. They were comfortable in their beach chairs. Some of them set up a tent.

We brought our beach chairs with a shade just enough to cover us from the scorching heat. The sea breeze cools down the heat tremendously so; we actually stayed there for more than 3  hours.  The sound of the big waves was so relaxing.

Hubby walked along the shoreline barefoot watching the people surfing and paddling. The waves are huge but, not enough for surfing. I noticed that there were a lot of children swimming while their parents were just waiting on their tents listening to music and eating.

Hubby enjoyed walking on the shoreline and while doing that, he called his friends telling them where he was. He came back with a smile on his face and humming a song, LOL. Would it be nice to buy a house along the beach area? It is nice but, when hurricane comes, it probably is a terrifying ordeal.

I got my swimsuit but, did not swim LOL. All the time, I was under the shade. My skin turns brown so easily so; I am actually afraid of being tanned so fast. I am already brown you know.

Look at my husband, he was busy talking to his friends.

Yap, there is no lifeguards here. There were indeed low flying aircraft since this beach is in the vicinity of Patrick Air Force Base. I don't see any turtles though.

Look at the top of the trees, there were black birds prying on vulnerable animals down below. Anyway, the beach is clean, the parking space is big and it is free. This is a public beach and we like this beach. Would I recommend this beach? Yep. If you are in Cocoa Beach, just drive past Ron Jon heading to Patrick Air Force Base and Blockhouse Beach is next to Table's Beach, front of North Housing of Pafb. Have fun and enjoy.
