Taking #MilkThistle Extract from #VitaPure

Toxin removal ... now, who wouldn't want that? Between husband and myself, I am the sickly one even if I am so much younger than him. Once or twice a month, I have migraines and not to mention, body pains attacking me off guard. I will be fine one day and the next day, I am in bed ... in pain. I am not getting any younger you know. I am in my early 40's ... in good shape but, it feels like I am not healthy.

Before, I do not take dietary supplement. I just think that I do not need it. I eat regular meals, drink plenty of water, do exercise and yes, I look like I am a healthy person but deep within me, I know there is something missing. I am getting older and I know I needed to take some dietary supplement for balance and to achieve that healthy look inside and out.

Why I choose to take Milk Thistle? As I read through the product information, I was excited to try it because Milk Thistle claims the following:

CLINICALLY PROVEN - Pure Milk Thistle By Vita Pure Products Works Great As a Liver Cleanse, Liver Detox and Liver Cleansing Diet.

HIGHEST QUALITY - Highest Quality Milk Thistle Extract Plus It's Standardized to 80% Silymarin --Which Accelerates the Repair of Your Liver Cells.

HELPS RESTORE LIVER HEALTH - Helps and Aids in Your Overall Liver Health and Is Also a Powerful Anti-Oxidant.

MAXIMUM STRENGTH FOR FAST RESULTS - Highest Safe Concentration with 450mg Per Capsule and Per Serving for Maximum Effectiveness and Best Results.

So, the Anti-Oxidant, Silymarin,  Liver Cleanse, Liver Detox and Liver Cleansing Diet got me interested to try this product and I am happy that I did.

You should know that I am not a smoker but, I was working in a casino for about a year. I was exposed to smoke for more than 8 hours a day and so; secondhand smoke got me for sure. Smoking is bad for the health and the thought of getting a respiratory infection scares me so much. Lung and liver diseases terrify me a lot! So, as a preventive measure, I began to take diet supplement which is a great option. Milk Thistle is a good diet supplement for it cleanses and detox the liver. The Silymarin prevents liver disease so; that's really good for me.

Check out these other important facts about this product:

1. Rebuilds Liver Cells and Removes Toxins.
Rebuilding the liver cells and removing toxins are the key features of Vita Pure Product's Pure Milk Thistle. It's a liver detox.

2. Powerful Anti-Oxidant and Anti-Inflammatory.
Milk Thistle has been clinically shown to be a powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory health supplement and provides cell regenerating. Many people are very surprised to discover that as an anti-oxidant it is significantly more powerful than either Vitamin E or Vitamin C.

3. Shown to Reverse Liver Damage.
Milk Thistle as a liver support & liver aid can decrease and reverse the damage to the liver caused by over-the-counter-medicines and prescription drugs, excessive alcohol consumption as well as the effects of pollutants found in the environment.

4. Many Health Benefits With This Liver Support Natural Supplement Include:
Helps with hangovers, diseases of the spleen, depression, uterine complaints, increasing breast milk flow, and allergy symptoms.

It might be too early to tell if this dietary supplement works good but hey, anything that helps is good enough for me.

Gaining Weight is Great

For me, from size 0 to size 2/3 is a big accomplishment and talking about "love handles", got that too LOL and I am not bothered. It's been five years that I have been trying to gain weight because most of the people who know me would always say, "Amy, you need to eat girl" LOL. When I was teaching before, one of my co-teachers would say, "if we are compared to a "school of fish", all of us are whales and sharks but you girl, you will be the bullet tuna" Hehehe. I am tiny! At 5 ft and 88 lbs, what do you expect? When we have new parents in school, they would ask me, "I need to talk to the teacher, where is she?" LOL.

I am workaholic. I usually don't eat breakfast because if I did, I will be late in school. There were times that I miss my lunch because I prefer to take a nap. Weekends are my favorite days of the week where I can enjoy eating and just stay at home doing nothing.

After I quit my job, that was 5 year's ago ... I stay at home, I work online ... and here I am, at 5 ft and 105 lbs.

5 Tips To Beat The Coldest Class of Winter For Clarus Members

It’s that time of year again. Before you can cuddle up with your Valentine, January’s harsh drops in temperature can make the winter seem unbearable. Need some help keeping the cold outside? Don’t hide at home and bundle up in boring blankets. Even though you’re stuck in Seattle and can’t afford to take a vacation in San Diego, CA, there are many ways to feel the heat, cut down on heating costs and even have some fun. Here are a few helpful tips to keep you warm during the coldest time of this season:

1. Dress in layers. Here’s your chance to show off that new hat or sweater you got for Christmas! Adding layers to every outfit is an easy go to for quick warmth in the chilly winter weather. Do it in style with fashionable accessories. Make old, neutral colored jackets and coats come alive with patterned scarves or gloves with pops of color. The head, chest, and face are extremely sensitive to temperature change, so cover up! Tired of ears turning red and numb while listening to your favorite song? Accessorize by buying ear muffs or cozy hats with built in headphones. Not too crazy about spending? Consider this insider’s hint: shop online and find clubs or sites that offer free shipping rebates. Websites like those owned by Clarus Marketing Group offer up to 20% off on fashion items through coupon codes and discounts. Not only will you save cash, you won’t even have to go out in the bitter cold to get what you need, it will be delivered right to your doorstep for free!

2. Turn up the space heater and lower the bills. People often head straight for the thermostat, but heating up the immediate space surrounding your body first (instead of the entire house or apartment) can save a ton of energy and money. If you’re struggling to keep your hands off the thermostat, consider getting a programmable edition that can lower the heat when you’re sleeping or not home. This will decrease the daily percentage of heat used in the home and subsequently lower your energy costs).

3. Don’t hesitate to bundle up even indoors. Insulating clothes keep the heat – and your money – from escaping your body. Your feet are also sensitive to severe weather changes. A chilly floor (whether it’s bathroom tiles or hardwood) can change the way your body feels in a matter of seconds. Learn to love socks – wearing them can make a huge difference! When going out, add an insulated insole or foam lining to your boots to keep your feet toasty. You can easily find these items for sale anywhere during winter but if you are too cold and lazy to go to the store and get them, why don’t you just order them online? Make sure to use coupon codes while you’re at it – you can probably even save up to $15 off and get free shipping.

4. Healthy alternatives to heat you up. The cold weather provides plenty of opportunities to work on that New Year’s resolution you seem to always forget: losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Exercise is one of the easiest ways to boost up your body heat and keep that promise of going to the gym. Don't sit still for too long. Keep moving! The winter can easily turn sour if you get sick or depressed. Make sure you get the proper amount of water, vitamins, social activity, and sunshine daily to keep you going strong. Hungry for a hearty snack? Foods high in legitimate, healthy fat (like nuts and avocados) can help regulate core body temperature and promote a well balanced diet with plenty of nutrition.

5. Keep cozy in the kitchen. Looking for a low key night without the wind chill? Have some fun even if you settle on staying in on a weekend. Invite some friends and family over for a casual get together. Hang out in your kitchen and kick the heat up by using the oven. Bake a tasty snack (in fairness, who can say no to cookies?) or a simple meal to heat up the house without hearing the thermostat – and the bills – go up. Serve a warm beverage, like hot chocolate (coffee or tea, if your guests are craving some caffeine) to raise your body temperature while you wait for the timer to go off.

Whether you’re staying in or going out for the night, there are plenty of ways to stay warm without breaking the bank in 2013. Don’t let winter scam you out of enjoying time with friends and family. Follow these tips and you’ll surely notice a difference!

Healthy Lifestyle: Toning Abs

My husband is now trying to change his daily routine. He strictly follow his cardio exercise and eats healthy food aiming to tone his abs. We both wake up early in the morning and do jogging for few blocks. Sometimes we ride our bike to the next neighborhood and back just enough to sweat out. We also did yard work and gardening twice a week which is a good form of exercise since it involves stretching as well as the resistance principles such as lifting the 20 lbs flagstone when we did a DIY patio project, it works well for both of us.

He is not aiming for six pack abs; he would laugh about it when I teased him. He is too old for that. All he wanted is to tone his abs and thereby enjoy a healthy body. That goal is possible for him especially when he is now having a healthy diet, did regular exercise and planning to buy a flex belt. He was able to read about this product at http://www.flexxbelt.org/ and he was inspired by the reviews. I am also looking forward to use this product. Both of us can use it as I am aiming for a flatter stomach.

Ab Toning Devices

Most of my friends are body conscious. They not only have an exercise room at home but, they are strict with their diet too. They seldom go to fast food chains but, love to cook their healthy food in their kitchen. Believe it or not, I have friends who love to show their 6 pack abs when we have a pool party. Everyone would tease each other as to who got the flatter stomach.

I am surrounded with healthy people for crying out loud and when we have parties, a moment turns to fabulous. Women have their pretty bikinis on and even if they have kids, they still look great. I am the only one who does not have kids so; I maintain a slim figure.

Anyway, if you wanted to be healthy, eat a healthy food and do a regular exercise. You do not prefer to be a couch potato right? So; do something that makes you feel good and if you feel losing that confidence, start your workout today. Check out the ab machines and ab toning belts at abbeltreport.com. You might find it interesting and it may ignite your enthusiasm to get to a better fit.

If you hate to visit the gym, do your fitness at home and buy the exercise equipment that you needed. You can't go wrong with this initiative because it can only lead you to a healthy lifestyle. If you visit abbeltreport.com, the site is a good resource for any information about proper diet, ab machines, ab belts and stronger abs.

Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill

I have no time to go to the gym and though my neighborhood is safe for jogging, I just can't find time to "squeeze in" this activity in a daily manner. So, I decided to buy this treadmill. I have been using this for more than a month now and I enjoyed it. Though it is huge, it is easy to store in one corner of the room. As for me, I store it in the Florida room. It has 6 personal trainer workouts, has 1-10 mph speed control, and with heart rate monitor which is easy to use using the thumb sensor. So far, I love my threadmill and if you are looking for this type of machine, check this out in any superstores in your area. Live healthy everyone!

Live Healthy and Happy

I am not a health conscious person. I eat what I want. I do not count the calories on the box when I do my grocery. I have no vices and I believe that I am a very healthy person. With this statement, I also know that I am not immune to diseases. I am aware that I lack some of the daily dietary count that is needed for my body. That is why; I have a vitamin as well as natural dietary & nutritional health supplements too. All of us need to improve our immune system that is why we need to take nutritional supplements.

Anyway, I hope we can maintain the dietary count that is needed to live a healthy life. When we are healthy, it reflects our disposition of life, and it is the greatest gift of life. What else do we need? It is like a domino effect and being healthy means a happy life.

I just do not know for now if I can add my medicine expenses in my 1099 form. What do you think?

A Total Danger

A year ago, the establishment that I work for is not my favorite place at all. All the floors in my workplace are smoking zone which is really a sad reality. There is only a small portion in the cafeteria which is exclusive for people like us who do not smoke at all. I told myself that I cannot work there for so long because the smoke bothers me a lot. Most of the employees and the customers are chain smokers. That was the reason I quit my job. It seems that my migraines lasted longer than the usual when I work in that establishment. Anyway, some of my direct co-workers are trying to quit in fact, they heard the cigarrest reviews. I hope they will quit smoking soon.

Losing my job was a relief because I fear that my exposure to this environment is dangerous. A month ago, my husband and I went to a wake of a friend who died of a lung cancer. Do you know what the sad part is? She was a non-smoker and never tried smoking in all her life. The truth is shocking but, it happens to her, and she died at 46. Later we found out that most members of her family is heavy smokers and her exposure was in a total danger.
