Ghost Hunting in the Haunted House

This is the house of my brother-in-law in Missouri. I am looking forward to see it and walk inside it because the kids told me it is haunted. It has 7 bedrooms with a huge basement. We will be staying in the hotel though LOL. I am scared with ghosts. This house was built in 1858 and known as a historic site, recognized by state and local level because this house was owned by prominent figures in the country.

My husband told me today that there is no way he will be staying for the night here. The family only occupied 3 rooms so; they have plenty rooms for the guests. Who knows I can pursuade him and we will be ghost hunting for the night, yeah? LOL.

Low Income Housing for Low Income Family

For so many months, my husband and I searched for properties from Orlando to West Palm Bay areas. Finding the good location, peaceful neighborhood, low crime rate areas, accessible to groceries and malls are some of the factors included in our wish list. It's hard to find a property that has these property features. In reality, we needed to sacrifice other wish list to a much practical necessities.

We actually scheduled to look for 48 houses in the span of 7 months, bid for 9 properties and when we are about to give up, we got a call from the realtor that the last bid we made was given a consideration when the buyer walkout. I believe that if it is meant to be, it will be granted smoothly because we got the property in 3 hours after the call. The processing went smoothly and in 1 week, payment made in cash and key was given to us. The next week, we started fixing minor stuffs such as painting and we moved in happy and contented.

Real estate and housing dived rock bottom and there are so many foreclosures everywhere we go. This is the right time to buy a property if you have none and have the savings in the bank. But, what if you lost your house to foreclosure and you have a bad credit? Does it mean you are doomed and your family will go homeless?

Flipping Houses

We have been looking for a house for 6 months now. We are not lucky this time because we were out bid by other bidders. We bid more than a dozen of houses but, after the inspection which we pay willingly out-of-pocket, we walk away. We've seen properties that are money-pit so, we walk away. Last Friday, our realtor told us that the bank raised the market price on the last house that we bid for a staggering 14K. That's a lot! So, we walk away too. Now, we are back to square one and this time, no more short sale!We bid one house yesterday and the owner told us that we will hear a response in three days. Well, we are ready to flip this property and make the landscaping awesome. We are hoping for a positive response this week.

Finding A Rental Income in Real Estate Business

Two months ago, we bought a property as a rental income and it was a good deal. Our economy plummeted rock bottom and the prices of real estate property are unbelievably low. Wherever you are right now, whether you are looking for a Kansas city homes for sale or Missouri homes for sale, this is the right time to buy a property. In a span of one year, we bought two properties and my heart goes out to the home owners who lost their homes for a foreclosure and short sale. If you have the money, buy a house and pay it in cash. That way you will save big bucks in the closing cost and the processing is super-fast.The Kansas City Real Estate and Missouri real estate listed so many beautiful properties at reasonable price. The picture above has three bedrooms with two full baths with a price tag of less than $125K. This property is a decent house with immaculate landscape and located in a good neighborhood. As I have said, this is the right time to buy a property because the real estate is in crisis. As a seller, this is the moment where you just have to deal the situation. We have a property in Mississippi and it took more than a year to find a good buyer. We get a low offer but, we just wanted it sold now or we will lose another thousand. As a landlord, there is money in real estate business that is why; we are still on the process of finding another income property.

Unique House

I took this picture in Ocean Springs, Mississippi nearby East Beach. It looks like new and contemporary in design comapred to the other houses in this area. If there's a big Hurricane, the surrounding area can be easily flooded in fact, Hurricane Katrina damaged the houses of it's neighbors. Well, I like the style of this house. Looks like an office building and I think it's built good. No one will gamble to build a new home here without protecting it from the force of hurricanes. All other houses are built high with stilt. This is the oppossite but, maybe because the house sits on highland. Anyway, I like the design and it's unique.

Redecorating the House

This is a guest post written by Esteban Vinson.

I have found that redecorating the house is actually a great way to get my kids ready for school. It is also a great way for me to have an excuse to slurge a little and make the house look fabulous without worrying my husband! I love having my kids involved in every step of redecorating the house. With their help, my kids learn how to be responsible and focus on finishing a single task, which are important skills for school.

I have taught my kids so many life skills through the act of redecorating the house. For example, my kids get to boost their creativity in helping me choose which colors to paint the house. In addition, I let my kids choose which colors they want their room painted. It is so fun to see how excited my kids get when they see the finished product. If I leave the house for the home decor store, I am sure to set the home security alarm from Home alarm systems cellguard. There is no need for problems while we are out of the house!

Redecorating the house is a great way to engage kids on an adult level. My kids feel so respected when I let them help with this huge task. This makes them feel more confident to finish the rest of the school year and I am so proud of them!

Houses In Ocean Springs

These two design of houses are common in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. As we drove the neighborhood, the first architectural design is the kind of house you see in the movie that shows a country house. I love it. The second one is a modern house. Usually, you can see them in a newly constructed villages/community. Which one do you prefer?
