If you've been following my blog for so long, you probably remember the post about my digital camera, SamsungWB150F. I bought it on sale at Target in November 2012 for $129.00 and I also bought the product protection plan for two years which is $17.00. Guess what? The protection plan is worth buying for! I love this camera because it is handy and WiFi ready but, last May, it quit working. I forgot about the protection plan and at that time, we were packing to move. I saw the box of my camera and inside it was the receipt and the protection plan booklet. I was thrilled!

 

I dealt with Walmart's protection plan before when our lawnmower quit working after 3 months and goodness, dealing with them sucks big time! It took me 7 months to finally get my refund.

 

I had a pleasant experience with the Target product protection and I did it online. They have excellent customer service and the refund was process the moment I sent the product to FedEx. In less than a week, I received the full refund. How amazing right?  

If you purchase an expensive item, buy the product protection plan. It may be an additional expense but, it is worth it. I am so happy with my refund. Right now, I am looking to buy a new Samsung camera or any brand as long as it is handy and Wi-Fi ready.

Samsung Galaxy MP3 Player

For 3 days, I have been testing this Samsung Galaxy MP3 Player that I bought for my 12 year old nephew. So far, I am thrilled and happy with the features. The battery life lasts all day even if I played the Angry Birds game for few hours. The video is crisp and clear. It has two cameras, front and rear, looks durable and the WiFi access is fast to download.

My nephew loves the YouTube, and for sure he will enjoy this MP3 player. He can access the music via WiFi without a monthly music subscription. The Samsung Galaxy MP3 player features 8 GB of memory for storing photos, videos, music and more. It features WiFi connectivity and Bluetooth v3.0 technology. It runs on the Gingerbread operating system, which is Android 2.3.

I added insurance which is good for 2 years for Drop, Spill and Cracked Screen Replacement Plan. I am truly impressed with Samsung Galaxy MP3 Player and by the way, before I bought this, I checked the rating. It has 5 star rating so; this is really a great gadget to give.

I am in a dilemma right now! I wanted to buy a DSLR camera either Canon EOS Rebel or Nikon D3000. I love to take pictures. DSLR camera has complicated features that would take me awhile to fully understand its features. I am tempted to buy this camera intead and get acquainted with it's features first. My Apple iPOD

Walmart is my favorite shopping store and I was waiting for a good deal of iPhone and I was able to find it here. With all my blogging opportunities, I was able to buy this gadget -----> an APPLE iPOD. I wish I bought this sooner. I was so impressed with this iPod. Yesterday, we attended a Christmas Party and it was our first visit to that house. I used the GPS on my iPOD and it works well. We found the house of our cousin with exact and clear maps. I LOVE IT!

DXG Camcorder

I ordered this item online and I got it yesterday. I am disappointed a bit because there is no adapter or charger. The product includes: lens cap, pouch, straps, USB/AV out cable which is good, 4 AA alkaline battery and a CD driver. The camera is very nice but, I was looking for a better camera than what I have now. The price is really a thumbs up but, this is not what I need.This is the description:

You can use this camcorder as a web cam. It is very clear and one of the features that I like. I might keep this and buy another camera. I will decide on Monday. The pictures are not as good as my Kodak though. I tried to snap a picture while we are on mobile, the result is blurry. In my Kodak it is not. Oh by the way, most of my road trip Kodak pictures were taken on mobile with 45 to 60 mph speed. I can't deny that this is really a good buy though.
