Balikbayan Box: Manila Forwarders

Last February 1,2010, I sent a jumbo balikbayan box to the Philippines. It was the picked up day and scheduled to shipped out and my third time to use in sending my Balikbayan box. I have online tracking, by March 1, was so glad that the box arrived in the Manila and in the Port of Manila. Just like my other boxes sent before, the box arrived in Manila in four weeks.
I was impressed and I blogged about it HERE. It is April 6 in the Philippines now and the box was nowhere. The ETA was still on shipped out. I do not know if I can trust it again. I have two boxes here, Manila Forwarder box ready to ship, but i am so hesitant. I texted them last week and they did not reply. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! It is more than 8 weeks!
