Rave: Thumbs Up to IZEA

For those who knew me since I started accepting paidpost, they can attest that I am always loyal to IZEA company. To become a member of Izea, you need to be patient from the time of your blog submission. Luckily, my blog was accepted in Pay Per Post at first attempt. Yet, it took me a long time to figure out how to install the tools in my blog and it was their employee that helped me.

My monthly earning is more than the pay that I have as a teacher back home. I was truly amazed by my luck and by January, I decided to join Social Spark. I was already contented with what I got in PPP but, with Social Spark, it's beyond comparison. I am so satisfied with my earnings because I am a housewife and I stay home a lot.

I have some disappointments too. There are misunderstanding that even if I tried to explain and submit a ticket, the issue gets worst and I end up having a two month suspension in PPP. In my mind, this is a business and they prefer to listen to the advertisers demand than the bloggers reasoning. I thought, this is the real World. It was only CARRIE who stood by me.

Then, I encountered another problem. Two weeks after my suspension was lifted, I can't open my opportunity tab. I just sent a ticket again addressing to Carrie and she tried to fix my problem. Then, Priscilla check the coding in my blog and this is her reply:

"I think I fixed your V3 PPP account. It took me about an hour of staring at a lot of bizarre code to realize you had an extra space at the end of one of your blogs URLs. I removed the space, and it seems to work!"

I was so glad that today, after almost three months in absence of my PPP, I am back and I hope this is for good. I replied :

"OMG! Thank you so much Priscilla. You and Carri are my hero! You are the best! Thank you , thank you, thank you. I am loving IZEA so much. My life at home would be boring without PPP, SS and PPPv.4. Your company brought so much joy in my life. Thank you so much for fixing my problem. Honestly, I can't thank you enough. More power to your company and God bless."

That is my casual reply to Priscilla because I am so happy that everything work just fine again. But, here is what she replied back:

"Wow, you just made my day! Sometimes it's easy to forget there's nice people out there. This job can seem really heartless and thankless at times. I will have a smile all day now! I'll have to share it with Carri too :)"

Now, the last reply made me realized that a simple THANK YOU can really lighten somebody's mood for the day.
