The Need to Quit Smoking

All of us are aiming with one goal and that is to live a healthy life. I never encountered anyone who does not embraced life. There is one problem though; some of us are vulnerable to addiction. The habits associated with addiction are characterized by immediate gratification.

I have a friend who is a chain smoker and she is addicted to it. She said that smoking makes her relaxed. The habit of smoking started when she was in high school. She was influenced by peer pressure and driven by "wanting to belong". For years, her body is conditioned to smoking regularly. When she tried to quit smoking, she felt uneasy and sweaty. There are times that she has headaches and feel nausea so; she smoke again to ease the anxiety.

To quit smoking is really hard to do. They need support from the family and friends because cigarette addiction will always have negative effect to the body and mind of the person. They need help right now!

If your love one struggles to quit smoking, there is help intended for her. Or better yet, let her join as a participant on smoking cessation research. If you visit the link above, this company is looking for men or women, ages 18 to 75 to participate in a clinical research study who conducts smoking cessation. It is time quit smoking! Check it out today!

Smoking is really a hard habit to break. There's also someone dear to me who hasn't shaken off this nasty habit. Support from loved ones spells a whole world of difference.
