Fun at Downtown Disney
Atlantis in Paradise Island in Bahamas
If given another chance, we will cruise to Bahamas again. The gigantic building that you are viewing is the Atlantis in Paradise Island in Bahamas. It would be awesome to stay in their luxury rooms in Royal, Coral and Beach Towers. We went inside and look around. It was a gorgeous place complete with everything a tourist will need. Cruising, we can afford but, to stay in this luxury place, I hate to admit it but, nope ... it's too expensive for us. From the cruise terminal to Paradise Island, a bus ride fare is only $5 one way. Pretty reasonable huh?

Walt Disney: Main Street USA in Marceline, Missouri
Walt Disney World which is located in Florida has 4 theme parks namely: Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Each park is enchanting and full of fairy tales with amazing entertainment, beautiful attractions, and full of adorable shops. Disney Characters will be seen anywhere in the park and most of all; the building designs and structures at Disney are truly extra ordinary.
In Magic Kingdom, the iconic Cinderella Castle is located in the middle of the park. It has pathways across the 107 acres surrounding by what they described as whimsical lands: (photo above) Main Street, U.S.A., Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, New Fantasyland and Tomorrowland.
I was thinking, the minds of Walt Disney was truly amazing to fantasized all these places and make it into reality. But, wait... check this out! I am in Marceline, Missouri this week and I took all these photos. This is the Main Street USA in Marceline, Missouri, the boyhood town of Walt Disney. It is very similar in the Main Street USA in Magic Kingdom. It has little shops, the Imporium is there, and the Movie Theater as well.
The street sign says "Main Street USA" with mickey mouse ears in it and take note of the clock here. It is all over in Magic Kingdom too. Check out the clock in the first photo above. Did you know that Main Street USA was inspired by Walt Disney's hometown in Marceline, Missouri? Now you know.
"To tell the truth, more things of importance happened to me in Marceline than have happened since - or are likely to in the future." -WALT DISNEY

Norwegian Cruise Line: Free Style Cruising
When my husband and I found a vacant jacuzzi, we changed to our swim wear right away before anyone could jump in. It can accommodate at least 4 adults but, on a particular night, guests stay indoor especially when it's drizzling outside. The jacuzzi was all ours for at least an hour then, a family of three joined in with us and they talk about cruising to Norwegian is so far the best among the cruises they have.
They say that the amount they paid for Norwegian Cruise is a well-worth spending because of the Free-style accommodation. One can eat anytime they want without time restrictions. One can enjoy dining to anywhere they want without having to sit with the same people for the whole trip. One will enjoy both buffet style dining as well as fine dining in many restaurants that they have. According to them, NCL"s Free style cruising is a great concept.
In other cruise lines, the guests will have to choose as to what time to eat for every meal. If they can't show up, the meal is gone and they have to order their food at extra cost. My first cruising escapade was enjoyable, fun and exciting. I would definitely do it again in Norwegian Cruise Ship.

Having Fun with Bahamas Cruising
It's been almost a year since hubby and I had our first Bahamas cruise adventure. It was actually a last minute travel because we had no preparation at all. When we saw a $250 per person package on a Bahamas 4-day cruise, we immediately took advantage of the offer.
We drove all the way to Miami which was our Port of Call and parked our car at the parking garage at the port of Miami. We paid $36 for 4 days parking and it was a secure area plus free shuttle. We were transported from the parking garage to the cruise terminal.
Upon arrival, guests have the preference to carry their baggage up to the check-in counter or give it to the staff of the cruise ship. We chose to carry our light baggage. The custom officials at the check-in counter asked for our passport and state ID. It was smooth and fast then; we were given an ID card which we can use on the ship for any transactions. We were directed to our cruise ship's gangway and the cruise ship photographers started taking souvenir pictures of all the guests.
On board the cruise ship, we were given free drinks and the fun begins. There's music, happy faces, dancing and since we were hungry for lunch, we immediately went to the restaurant serving a buffet. We sit on the top deck where we see people swimming in the pool as we listen on a live band while waiting for the ship to start rolling to Freeport, Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau.
The captain announced that everyone should participate to the Muster Drill and most of the guests complied. Of course, some thought that it was not important which was illogical. While the ship is sailing, there are so many activities on board which keep the guests entertained. There are variety shows, comedy shows, game shows, karaoke and more. There's no dull moment while you are cruising because you can do shopping, have fun in the casino, enjoy a spa, go the gym, play basketball and so on.
At Freeport and Nassau, hubby and I explored the islands. We went to their beautiful beaches and experienced a ferry boat ride. Great Stirrup Cay is all about the beach, food, party and relaxing. It's living a good life in four days and for $250 per person, that's a deal breaker huh? Are you curious at the offer shown above for $59? Call 1-888-875-4243 for more information about the offer. You might get lucky to have that 2 night Bahamas Cruise offer right?

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at magic Kingdom
If you are planning to visit Disney World and Magic Kingdom is one of your theme park destination then, check this attraction: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Frontierland.
I took these pictures while I was on board on the Liberty Square River Boat. You can see so many things from it including this attraction. It was afternoon and the sun was gleaming brightly on us so; some of my shots are not good. I am only using BB camera phone and digital cam.
I don't take these type of rides because I feel dizzy after the ride and might ruin my day so, i won't dare. I love watching people scream from the top of their lungs though.
Are you adrenalin freak? This attraction is good for you! You should get a fast pass and come back on your scheduled time because the long lines here is heavy.
You don't want to waste your precious time waiting on the long line right? Fast Pass is an alternative to all the rides especially this one.
We will be going there today, did you know that?
Around 4PM later, we will visit magic Kingdom and just go to Adventureland. Just one area and we are good to go. We might check out the Jungle Cruise again and Tinker Bell's magical Nook, sounds good?
Come back next time and I will definitely post the pictures in any of my blogs, See yah!

Hollywood Studio at Disney World
Do you live in San Francisco? Have you ever heard that based on land area, Disney World is about the size of San Francisco? Do you think its true? Just check it out. Anyway, I think I need to visit Disney this week. I just do not know which park yet but, I really wanted to go out and explore if they have new attractions. I took these pictures at Disney World, that is the blue hat of Mickey, the famous marker for Hollywood Studio theme park.
The entrance of Hollywood Studio at Disney World. If ever you come to this point and you decided to go inside the park, you can buy your ticket here.
This is the entrance heading to the vicinity of Hollywood Studio Theme Park.
The picture below is the gate entrance where cars will have to pay for the parking inside Disney Park.
This road will go all the way to Disney Hotels, Disney Theme and Water Parks such as: Blizzard Beach Water Park, Animal Kingdom, Animal Kingdom Resort area, and Hollywood Studio.
Did you know that Disney World covers an area of 30,080-acre? It includes the four famous theme parks: Hollywood Studio (1989), Magic Kingdom (1971), Epcot (1982) and Animal Kingdom (1998); two water parks which are Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach. Disney World has 23 on-site themed resort hotels, a campground, health spas and physical fitness centers, golf courses (5 of them) and more.

Disney Cruise Line
Did you know that the cheapest price for a Disney Cruise Getaway is $450/person. That is not a good deal for me but, I keep an eye every time they sent me a notification email alert. I took these pictures at Port Canaveral while hubby and I were in Cocoa Beach having dinner in one of the restaurants in the area.
I am curious about the Private Island of Disney in Castaway Cay, that is the reason I am wishing that someday I can take this cruise.
Disney Cruise Line consists of: Disney Dream which is a new ship, Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, and Disney Fantasy.
The usual ports of call for Disney Dream, Disney Magic and Disney Fantasy is Port Canaveral and these cruise ship sail towards the Caribbean. There are times that it will depart from Texas. and California.
The most expensive price is $2,700 per person. That is really expensive huh?
Thanks for stopping by...more photos next time.
